As a new adoptive mother I was very offended when I stumbled across your anti adoption blog but I read on. A lot of things and feelings that you address are things I’m worried my son will feel as he gets older. I wanted to thank you for sharing your perspective and hopefully I will be a better mom because of it.

Hi Denise
Thankyou for reading and thinking about what I’m saying. Far too many adoptive parents brush adoptee bloggers of as irelevant and lable us as “bitter”
I am anti adoption acros the board but there are some adoptive parents writing who I do think have quite a handle on what their childrens issues are going to be and how to support them with that. Ones that spring to mind are This womans work, production not reproduction and adoption talk
I also have an aesome list of adoptee bloggers on my blog roll that you might want to check out

How do I subscribe to this blog without all the other stuff of the other triad member blogs?

Krista I don’t know what this means, sorry.
If you click on “subscribe to the Adopted Feminist by Email” it should take you through to where you can leave your email adress. Is that not working?

Hey there! Thanks for your comment the other day. I have a whole host of websites and book suggestions about SPD. Can you send me an email to tonggumomma(at)gmail(dot)com so that I can send it to you? Oh, and of course you can link. Thanks for asking.
